"The gym environment can be intimidating and very daunting if you don’t feel you ‘fit in’ as, or look like, a ‘gym goer’. Since joining Grassroots I’ve learned that, with the right support, exercise is enjoyable and sustainable.
My attitude towards exercise has changed, for me it’s now about routine and trying to maintain consistency.

"I did absolutely nothing fitness wise before joining Grassroots. Because I had never been into sport or fitness I never had the confidence to try fitness classes. The main thing I’ve learned since joining Grassroots is that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. It feels great to be able to move around easier and not feel stiff or sore .
